Nowra/Bomaderry run social competitions and training for adults and juniors at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre - Bomaderry.
Our Social League seasons run 4 times per year during school terms.
Nowra Junior Training
Junior Training is currently run on Thursdays after-school and is tailored towards Year 7-10 students.
Nowra Adult Social League
Adult Social League also runs on Thursday nights from 7pm and is catered to adult-aged participants along with senior-aged students.
